Catch All Trays are our core collection — decorative trays designed for everyday use in your home. Hospitality Trays are curated sets intended for gifting, events, and hosting experiences.

Attachments are interchangeable accessories designed to pair with your Protetta tray. They include the Levante Stand (for watches and jewelry), the Levin Holder (for burnables), and the Levinso (for incense sticks). One tray, multiple setups.

Yes, Protetta ships worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Yes. We now offer shipping across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. One-day delivery is available in the Eastern Province, covering Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, and Qatif.

Delivery timelines depend on your location. For the Eastern Province in KSA, orders are delivered within one day. For other regions, estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery status.

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Refunds are only applicable to items that are damaged upon arrival. For all other returns, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
